Good to Know

Adjusting the length:
When you receive the speed rope, it's wise to adjust it to the correct length before you start. This greatly influences its use. Not sure how to do it best? Watch our instruction video. You'll be fine.

Surface:
Do not jump on a rough or stone surface. Even though the PU coating is hard, intensive use on a rough surface will wear down the cable and eventually break it. Jump on wood, rubber, or a smooth floor. This way you avoid unnecessary wear and enjoy your replacement cable for longer.

Maintenance:
Inside the handles are bearings that ensure high speed. Do you train intensely? Then spray the bearings once a year with a lubricant. Think Teflon spray or WD40. This flushes out dirt and ensures optimal bearing performance. Small maintenance, big difference.
