Good to Know

How to use it:
Wrap the tape firmly but not too tightly around your thumb. Start at the base of your thumb and work your way up. Make sure the tape is secure but doesn't cut off your circulation. Your thumb should still be able to move.

When to use it:
Use grip tape for high-rep and heavy-weight exercises. Think snatches, cleans, kettlebell swings, rope climbs, and bar work. Not necessary for light exercises or short sets.

Reuse:
